My Aromatherapy Journey
I had always been a busy person, juggling work, family, and friends. I was constantly on the go, and often felt stressed and overwhelmed. I tried various methods to manage stress, but nothing seemed to work.
One day, a friend suggested that I try aromatherapy. I was skeptical at first, but decided to give it a try. I bought a diffuser and some essential oils and began using them regularly.
